Online banking & Noventis Now (mobile app).
After we have completed our banking system conversion, there will be a new login process to access online banking/Noventis Now.
**The first time you log in to online banking post-conversion, you will need to access it from the full site, not the mobile site or the app. **
To access the noventis.ca full site from a mobile device, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "full site" link. This will direct you to the Noventis Credit Union home page where you can login to online banking.
To login to online banking/Noventis Now (mobile app), you will need to:
enter your debit card number (PAN) as your user ID (if you have multiple debit cards, you will use the card with the lowest number)
to obtain your temporary password/PAC, refer to the letter your household will receive at the end of August - or call the Contact Centre at 1-844-826-6500 for assistance
reset your password** - required
reset all of your security questions - required
*If you do not have a debit card, but you do use online banking, you will receive a letter which will include your new online banking user ID, generated just for you.
**Requirements for creating a strong password:
No fewer than 8 and no more than 30 characters that include an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter, and a number
We recommend your password include a special character. These are the acceptable special characters you can use: @ # $ – ! |
Keep your password confidential at all times
After you have set your new password, you will be asked to set up three (3) new security questions. This is another level of security and protection to keep your financial information safe.
Once these steps have been completed, you can use your new password to log in going forward.
When you log in with this new process, all of your e-Transfer recipient information and transaction history recorded prior to the conversion will be lost. So, if you'd like to keep this information/transaction history, be sure to record this data before September 13th.
Upon your first login after the conversion, all memorized and/or linked accounts will need to be re-added, and all e-Transfer recipient information will need to be re-entered.
