Telephone banking.

If you use our telephone banking system, then this section applies to you.

 

You will use your existing log in information - account number and security code/password (these credentials will be referenced on the new system as member number and personal identification number). Once logged in, you will be able to carry out your banking as you did prior to conversion.

The telephone banking service will be unavailable for the majority of the conversion weekend, so if you have any time-sensitive transactions to make, please complete them prior to September 13th at 5pm.

Please note: After the conversion, when you access your accounts with this telephone banking log in information, all accounts/memberships that the primary account holder has will be accessible under these log in credentials. If you are a joint/secondary account holder and require a unique/personal username and password for telephone banking, please contact your local branch or call 1-844-826-6500 after September 16, 2019
